9. Scan the QR code and register membership account on our website. To enjoy the top up promotions link the card to your account and you are ready to top up.

1. Go to the ATM payment system and select QR code option, you will see 'Touch to pay with QR'

  • For Virtual Card, enter your mobile number with country code 65 in front (e.g. 6591234567)

4. The Topup Value credit will instantly be added in your card. You can check the credit in the Monyx wallet app.

1 mobile number can only REGISTER 1 virtual card. However, there are no restriction in LINKING multiple cards to a membership account, be it virtual and physical, or mix of both cards.

Unfortunately, loyalty card is NOT valid for bulk purchase, it is only valid for ATM purchases.

No. You cannot do multiple purchase IN 1 SHOT, however you can purchase 1 by 1 multiple times. For smoother multiple purchases, please allow 3 – 4 seconds gap in between transactions. Please note to remove purchased product each time to avoid packets getting stuck in the bottom compartment.
